Kia ora,
You will be aware of recent fast moving developments in relation to Covid-19, with Auckland in Alert Level 3 until (at this stage) midnight Friday 14 August.
We are in communication with The Blues, NZ Rugby and continue to be guided by Ministry of Health (MoH) advice.
Until further notice there is to be no rugby training of any kind. At this point Community Rugby for Saturday 15 August is not cancelled but please prepare for it to be, further information will be provided when it is available. Should community rugby be cancelled there will be no decisions made regarding defaults, points or catch up games until there is visibility on a re-start date. At that point your Clubs and Schools will be included in the decision making process.
Please be sure to communicate this to your stakeholders and whanau.
We are aware that Covid-19 will have impacts on your organisations, staff, and whanau also, and like you, we are learning quickly and acting on the information that we can gather. As a community sport, growing the strongest rugby whanau, we want to be there for each other and for you.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.
