The game at Maramarua GC looked as if it would be quite wet, but most of the day was ok – only 3 holes were affected. 18 members and 2 visitors (Jesse Johnson and Keith Fergusson) teed off.
Results for the day Nic Thomas had his best round to date with the club shooting 42pts, 3 shots back was Mike Russell on 39, another 4 shots away Steve Hillyard with 35 one shot clear of Rod Hatfull and Spick (34). In the Kiwi Coach Challege Mike Russell is leading with -2.
Closest to the pin Wayne Cuthbert was very greedy with 3 payouts, the 4th going to Jesse Johnson
The rain must have given Rob Carrington the shakes as can be viewed on the right – anyway he is free from Polly the rest of 2024
